Plaza Menjalara is a brand new and fantastic place for staying. It is a low rise and majority Chinese residents condominium developed in the heart of Kepong . Apart from its unique architecture and beautiful landscaping, Plaza Menjalara is also built with careful detail to accommodate all the comforts of a modern lifestyle. Security is not an issue, as there are security guards round the clock with CCTV monitoring at the lobby. Entry is strictly by access card so you do not have to worry about uninvited guests.

It is very well kept, and is very cozy and windy with only 3 people in the house, yourself included.
We have a SMALL ROOM TO LET, 9′ x 8′ which is suitable for ONE person, FEMALE CHINESE preferred but males may be considered. Interested parties must be able to speak ENGLISH, must be CONSIDERATE, NEAT and POLITE. Cooking is allowed in moderation. You may bring in visitors but in moderation. There is more than adequate parking downstairs with a huge parking lot around the building.
For all this above, we are only renting out the room for a very reasonable amount of RM380, inclusive of wireless internet (P1), electricity, and water bills. A deposit of TWO months is required, with one month’s notice upon termination of tenancy by either sides.
The room is available from 1st Dec 2009 onwards.
