Plaza Menjalara is a brand new and fantastic place for staying. It is a low rise and majority Chinese residents condominium developed in the heart of Kepong. Apart from its unique architecture and beautiful landscaping, Plaza Menjalara is also built with careful detail to accommodate all the comforts of a modern lifestyle. For all this above, we are only renting out the room for a very reasonable amount of RM380, inclusive of wireless internet (P1), electricity, and water bills. A deposit of TWO months is required, with one month’s notice upon termination of tenancy by either sides.
