Either the master bedroom (priced at RM475)
or the small room (priced at RM250)
Rent is inclusive of water bill.
The house is furnished,which includes:
-Complete kitchen with cooking appliances as well
as utensils,gas stove,fridge
-sofa,dining table
-TV and washing machine (to be added soon)
-astro may be added(to be consulted with everyone)
-rooms are furnished with a bed and a wardrobe(twin bed for master,single bed for small romm

-dvd player(yeah we kinda got that before a tv)facilities:

currently there are 4people renting the place (which includes me),a couple(malay),1 female(chinese) and 1 male (mixed).
at the moment i am taking the master bedroom,
therefore there is only 1 room available(i wouldnt mind taking the small room,if the need arises).3 of us are working while the other 1 is still studying.

requirement:
-people who are clean and well mannered
-any race nor gender is welcomed
-smoking is allowed
-open minded individual

$$ involved:
-1st month rent+2mnths dep +utilities (neg. can be paid in ins.)
-electric and streamyx is split between those that lives there.
-those that want to move in the mid of the mnth just have to pay half of the 1st mnth rent.
-we are moving there on this coming 1st sept.
