The has a fridge (jointly purchased), dining table, cooker(?), streamyx and water heater. No washing machine but there is a laundry shop jz downstrs.

A safe place to live in and convenient. Near subang airport, Kelana Jaya, and easy access to LDP and Federal Highway.

The 2 roommates are chinese girls and `Mind your own business’ kinda ppl but are helpful when in need.

No parking lot included but I am currently renting wif someone so I can handover his contact if needed. Its rm110 per mth to be shared equally as well(i.e:rm110/3ppl). Currently we are sharing another roommate’s parking which is rm 100per mth(shared equally too)
