We are a couple staying in the Master bedroom. The reason we got this place is because we were very attracted by the beautiful Green surroundings & the clean air of the area. This condo is located on a hill right next to the TTDI Park within a reserved forest. So, fresh air is guaranteed If you are looking for a private & quiet place, then this place might suit you.

Preference:
We don’t usually discriminate people and we expect the same from you.
Single or couple, straight or gay, male or female or in between. If you are not ok with ANY of these, this place is NOT for you (just being honest).

HYGIENE is VERY important. You can cook, eat, drink pretty much anywhere in the house as long as you are equipped with the skills of cleaning up after yourself. You can use all the common appliances in the house, just remember to put them back where you found them.

We are smokers so you either have to be a smoker or don’t mind the smokes.

We are not particular about the noise. This place is naturally quiet so we won’t mind moderate man-made noises once in awhile.

We don’t mind pets (cats/dogs) but we are unsure if the management feels the same too so if you have any, let us know & we’ll figure something out for you.

Monthly Rental: RM 700 (utilities; water, electricity, gas & internet excluded)
Minimum 3 months.
Deposits: 1 monthly rental + 1/2 monthly rental (utilities deposits)
