The rooms are air-conditioned and fully furnished with a queen sized bed and
wardrobe etc.

The bathroom is very well done and has a water heater.

The apartment is a 3 bedroom apartment. It is very well furnished and comes
with a fully equipped kitchen - stove, microwave, fridge and oven.

The living room has a sofa, daybed television and dvd player. There is a
dining hall with a table and chairs. We have a nice, big balcony that
overlooks the swimming pool, so there is space there as well.

Moreover, we have internet/WIFI and there is a washing machine in the outdoor
part of the kitchen.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is a swimming pool, gym and
nearby shops. The whole place has a resort-like feel to it.

We also have a cleaning service to ensure the apartment is well maintained and
clean at all times.

There are good connections to central KL, PJ and beyond. It’s easy to catch a
taxi from right outside the apartment and the LRT/ train station is also
nearby.

Rent for the middle room is RM750 and master bedroom is RM1000.
